August COVID-19 update

Following the recent Government announcement that has put Auckland into Alert Level 3, we have made the difficult decision to reschedule the Baby Show that was set to run next week.

While the government have not yet made a formal decision about the lockdown beyond three days, we feel that for the safety of our exhibitors, visitors, partners, suppliers, and our own team that we are best to be pro-active in making the decision early.

We are saddened and heartbroken by this outcome as we had the same situation earlier on in the year with the Autumn Baby Show. It’s been a very challenging year and we’re all digging deep.

We do however remain entirely supportive of the Government’s position – regardless of the importance of events to the wider economy.

The next edition of the Baby Show is now timed for 20 – 22 August 2021, and in the meantime we are very much looking forward to running our Autumn Baby Show in March 2021.

What does this mean for ticket holders?

We are doing our best to swiftly refund tickets with our ticketing partner, Lup. The refund process will commence next week, but may take up to 30 days to process. Please bear with us as we work through this. Please note that the full ticket price, excluding transaction fees, will be refunded back to your bank account that you originally used to purchase tickets.
