Dr David Cannata

David is the Senior Education & Training Manager for Swisse Wellness, based in Melbourne, Australia. He started his career in Biomedical research, completing his PhD and specializing in fetal development & maternal health. David then went on to work in Australia and South East Asia, collaborating with hospitals & clinics focusing on fertility, maternal & paediatric nutrition & care. He has vast experience in natural medicine, formulating dietary supplements and as an educator in both general public & healthcare professional settings.

David is passionate about children having a healthy start for a healthy life and supporting parents, through this amazing but also challenging & overwhelming journey. He is also father, who understands the joy & perils of having a very energetic, stubborn & fussy toddler.
