Lost your sparkle!?
Sometimes life just gets too busy. Join me and my four little boys (I suppose five counting my husband) while we do 4 quick 20 minute HIIT workouts each week (and 2 Back to Basics ones). All done through Facebook LIVE so it’s real and it’s raw. If you can’t make the workout times I do (timetable on my website and on the private page), you can do them anytime it suits you as they are always available.
