I help pregnant women feel prepared, excited & confident for birth and motherhood. Current antenatal programs are often outdated and missing key ingredients to having a positive birth experience - no matter how your pregnancy journey unfolds or how you choose to give birth.

After working for 14 yrs as a Midwife/Nurse and in the fields of Maternal & Child Health, IVF, Mental Health, Preventative health & Wellness, I have created Made for Motherhood™ Academy. A 6 week online group antenatal program, that has been designed by a modern Midwife and Mum. You'll learn everything you need for pregnancy, birth & life with a newborn. We cover mindset, use evidenced-based research, hypnobirthing techniques, high-risk pregnancies, labour & birth, breastfeeding, caring for newborn, exercise, nutrition in pregnancy & the fourth trimester. It also includes weekly calls with a Midwife, expert guest speakers and support for 3mths after baby.
