Julie Baldwin - HypnoBirthing™ The Mongan Method

Angela Ivory and Julie Baldwin work alongside each other to teach HypnoBirthing. You will gain an insight into how HypnoBirthing can work for you, while demonstrating how empowering your birth can be. When a mother is properly prepared for birthing physically, mentally and spiritually, she can experience birthing her baby in an easier, more comfortable and sometimes, in a pain free manner. HypnoBirthing educates women about the benefits of deep relaxation, self-hypnosis, visualization, special breathing techniques and to help her release FEAR, and to TRUST in her body and baby to birth instinctively.
