I am an experienced HypnoBirthing Educator excited to share the benefits of HypnoBirthing with you all. Whilst undertaking additional Healing Birth Trauma training, I was alarmed at the incidences of Birth Trauma increasing - up to 25% of first time mothers are distressed by their experience. For some women, a traumatic birth experience can lead to Postpartum depression. It is my goal to help you fully embrace the birthing process including physiology, the role of birth hormones and help you find the safest place for you to give birth.

Whether you are considering starting your family, having your first or subsequent baby, HypnoBirthing is for you! There is nothing 'hippy' about HypnoBirthing, with heartwarming stories about the benefits of learning to face your fears around childbirth, the importance of our mind/body connection, visualisation/relaxation tips, optimal positioning for labour/birth, breathing techniques and the opportunity to view real life birth stories and videos.
