Annette is a highly experienced children’s sleep consultant based in Auckland who has been advising and supporting families both in the UK and New Zealand since 1999.
Trained and qualified in the NHS UK, and with a background in child development and psychology, Annette has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to understanding and interpreting sleep problems in babies and children.
Her reputation of ‘making sense of it all’ and being able to get parents to see things through their child’s eyes has bought her immense success. Parents love her sensible, flexible and supportive approaches to childhood sleep disorders.
Being a parent herself, and mother to three young children, Annette fully understands and appreciates the demands that family life can bring, and with the added stress of sleepless nights, the consequences can be devastating.
Annette is proud to be the only sleep consultant in New Zealand to offer an amazing 4 weeks of follow up support as standard with all of her sleep packages. She truly believes it is an essential part of any parent's sleep journey and having the right support, empowerment and expertise is what parents need and deserve to optimise their child's sleeping potential.
