How it works;

Attend the Baby Show, open on 9 & 10 March at Auckland Showgrounds
Purchase items from Baby Show exhibitors. Be sure to keep a physical or digital copy of your receipts!
Once your home from the Baby Show, take a photo of your Baby Show Haul (items purchased at the show) and post it on social media!
Be sure to tag the official Baby Show pages to be entered in the draw

The more platforms you share on, the more chances you have to win! Each tag = 1x entry
Winner will be announced on Monday 11th March
If chosen as your winner; you will need to have a receipt for proof of purchase for all items to validate your spend, and all items being claimed by the winner must be visible in your post.

Definitions

‘Baby Show’ means Baby Show: www.babyshow.co.nz
The ‘Promoter’ is the Baby Show
‘Disqualified Participants’ are:
(a) all XPO Exhibitions employees, all employees of participating sponsors or promoters and/or advertising agencies and their Immediate Families;
(b) all people under the age of 18 years where the prize incorporates air travel, alcohol or any other element which would be illegal to supply to a person under the age of 18 years;
‘Immediate Families’ include spouses, Grandparents, Parents, Children, and Grandchildren whether by marriage, past marriages, remarriage, adoption, co-habitation or other family extension.

Entry

To enter this promotion, participants must purchase products at the Baby Show from Baby Show exhibitors between 9am Saturday 9^th of March and 4pm Sunday 10^th of March at Auckland Showgrounds.
Entrants must provide proof of purchase/s in the form of an electronic or physical receipt for each item/s.
To be placed in the draw, entrants must post a photo of their 'shopping haul' (products purchased at the Baby Show) on Facebook and/or Instagram and/or TikTok. Entrants MUST tag the official Baby Show Facebook @babyshow, Instagram @babyshownz or TikTok @BabyShowNZ pages to have their entry counted.
Each social channel (i.e Instagram, Facebook and TikTok) shared to and tagged is 1x entry into the draw.
All items entrants intend to claim (if selected as winner), must be visible in the post.
Entries close 8pm Sunday 10th March. The prize will be drawn Monday 11th March 2024.
The Promotion is open to New Zealand Residents only. Disqualified Participants may not enter in the Promotion.
The Baby Show reserves the right to refuse to award any prize to an entrant who the Baby Show decides (in its sole discretion) has violated the Rules, gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means.

Winning the Prize

The Winner will be determined in the manner set out in the Promotion Terms and Conditions – if not specified then as determined by the Promoter who shall for this purpose be deemed the Judge.
The Judge’s determination of the Winner will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Winner will be notified by social media direct message from an official Baby Show account. Where attempts to contact the Winner fail (within 3 days) the Judge will select another winner. If, after successful notification, the prize is not collected within two months of being announced it will be regarded as forfeit
To claim the prize, the winner must provide proof of purchase/s in the form of an electronic or physical receipt for each item/s. The winner must also provide valid bank account details for electronic transfer.
The winner can only claim prize money for items that are visible in their original social media post.
The Winner will receive the amount spent (validated by receipts and photo of items purchased), transferred back into their bank account, via electronic bank transfer, within 10 business days of providing valid bank details.

The Baby Show reserves the right to amend, vary, extend or discontinue a Promotion at any stage, for any reason.
The Baby Show takes no responsibility for any inability to enter, complete, continue or conclude the Promotion due to equipment or technical malfunction, busy lines, inadvertent disconnection, texts with a misspelt keyword, texts to an incorrect shortcode, Acts of God or otherwise.
To the fullest extent permitted by law the Baby Show will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for personal injury as a result of Promotion entry or winning the Promotion prize.
Where the prize is to be supplied by an entity outside the Baby Show control and that entity fails, for whatever reason, to supply the prize, the Baby Show has no responsibility for the provision of the prize and is not obliged to provide an alternative prize or to take legal action to require the prize supplier to provide the prize.

Acceptance

Participation in the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
