TICKETS 

Can I buy a ticket at the gate?

Yes, you can purchase your tickets either online or at the gate. We recommend you buy your tickets online so you can skip the ticket queue at the event.

 

How do I register my ticket?

If you buy your tickets online you can complete the registration form on checkout. If you buy your tickets at the gate, simply register your ticket at the iPad stations at the show entrance.

 

Why should I register my ticket?

By completing the registration form you'll go in the draw to win a huge Edwards & Co prize pack worth over $2,000! Plus, you’ll be able to scan your registered ticket at many exhibitor stands for more chances to win great prizes.  

 

Do I need to print my ticket?

There’s no need to print your tickets. Simply have your tickets on your mobile phone ready to scan on entry.

 

Can I get my ticket resent to me?

Yes, no problem. Simply complete the form here.

 

What day can I use my ticket for?

You can use your ticket on one day of the Baby Show; Friday, Saturday or Sunday.

 

Do children need tickets?

No, all children under the age of 16 are free of charge and don’t need a ticket.

 

How much are tickets?

Tickets at the gate or online are just $15 per adult.

 

Are there any ticketing fees?

We try to keep our ticketing prices as affordable as possible, but unfortunately we do have to pass on a $2 administration fee which is already built into the ticketing price plus an additional 2.5% in service fees to cover processing of credit/debit card. Should we need to refund your tickets, you’ll be refunded the total ticket amount, excluding the $2 administration free and 2.5% service fees.

 

What if I want to come on more than one day?

That’s great! You'll just have to have to purchase another ticket.

 

I have flu-like symptoms, can I still attend?

If you are experiencing flu-like symptoms, we recommend you stay at home. If you cannot attend the Baby Show due to being sick or having to isolate, you will receive a ticket refund (excluding transaction fees and a $2 refund fee).

 


 

PARKING

How much is parking?

Parking is controlled by Auckland Showgrounds, not the organisers of the Baby Show. Cost of parking is, $6 for the first hour and $2 an hour there-after to a maximum of $18 per day, per vehicle.

 

Are there other parking alternatives?

Yes, other alternatives include FREE parking on surrounding streets and $10 Alexandra Park car parking.

What are the Baby Show opening hours?

Friday 19 August: 10am - 4pm

Saturday 20 August: 9am - 5pm

Sunday 21 August: 10am - 4pm

 

Are there parenting facilities at the Baby Show?

Yes of course! It wouldn't be a Baby Show without ample facilities for parents. In the Philips Avent and Parents Centre Parents' Room you'll find change tables and supplies, bottle warmers and breastfeeding spaces – everything you need to take care of your babies, toddlers and yourself.

 

Is there food available at the Baby Show?

Yes, there sure is. The Auckland Showgrounds has a café that you can grab lunch, coffee and more. There will also be a variety of food trucks if that’s more what you’re craving.

 

Should I get cash out before I arrive?

Most exhibitors will have Eftpos available at the Baby Show. There are also ATMs located at the Auckland Showgrounds, however it's always good to bring cash if you plan to spend!

 

Does my ticket include the Smart Start Seminar Series?

Yes! They are free to attend and included in your entry ticket.
