By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you consent to be contacted by the Baby Show. All entrant personal details must be valid and up to date and will be held by the Baby Show andmay be used for the purpose of the Promotion and for future promotion and marketing purposes in accordance with the Baby Show Privacy Policy
By entering this competition you consent to photography of you and your child by Baby Show staff members and the Baby Show official photographer. This photography may be used for future Baby Show promotions.
To compete in the Diaper Derby you must be on site at the Baby Show (Auckland Showgrounds), at the date and time specified by the Baby Show.
Winning the Prize
All participants will receive 1 x small prize each. The prize will be given out during your selected time slot at the Diaper Derby Zone at the Baby Show.
There will be 1 x grand prize awarded to the overall winner of the Diaper Derby. The Grand Prize will be awarded to the participant who completes the competition in the fastest time, this will be determined by the Baby Show.
The Winner will be notified by email on Monday 11th of March. Where attempts to contact the Winner fail (within 3 days) the Judge will select another winner.
The prize is not redeemable for cash or transferable. No other family members, friends, office associates or any other person will be able to participate on the Winner’s behalf. In the event that the prize specified in the Promotion becomes unavailable for any reason the Promoter may substitute a prize of like or equal value.
The Baby Show Responsibility
The Baby Show reserves the right to amend, vary, extend or discontinue a Promotion at any stage, for any reason.
To the fullest extent permitted by law the Baby Show will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for personal injury as a result of Promotion entry or winning the Promotion prize.
Acceptance
Participation in the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
