Whānau Āwhina Plunket is a charity and Aotearoa’s largest support service for the health and wellbeing of tamariki under-five and their whānau.
Providing safe, appropriate and positive support for all whānau, along with integrating and working with other community services will help us support whānau to achieve their wellbeing aspirations.
Achieving equity for whānau Māori and Pacific families is a top priority at Plunket Whānau Āwhina.

Plunket offers free health and development checks for your tamariki through home, clinic and virtual visits.

PlunketLine 0800 933 922 is a free parent helpline and 24/7 advice service available to all families, whānau and caregivers.

We also offer a range of local support services doing everything, from Parenting education sessions to car seat installations, to help you connect with other whānau in your community and empower you in your role as a parent or caregiver.
