Twelve live workouts every week
Work out with award-winning qualified trainers Ren, Jen and their team of trainers for just $10 a month. Our 20-30 minute workouts can be done at home – and you won’t need any special equipment. Our timetable is designed for all women, with high intensity interval training (HIIT), low impact, pelvic floor and core restore, barre style, power yoga and stretching as well as pregnancy-safe options.
