Aleshia is a Kaitipu Ora worker for Te Rito Ora Community Breastfeeding and Nutrition Advice. This free service provides support with infant feeding from pregnancy through to when baby is aged two in the Counties Manukau region. She has a special interest in nutrition and wellbeing in the first 2000 days. She works with whānau to deliver individualised care led by parents intentions with infant feeding.
